Return & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for shopping at my boutique! I want everyone to be happy with their order. If you need to return an item, please review the return policy below.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns have to be made within 14 days of receiving your order
• Item has to be in it's original condition, with tags and labels attached
• Item can not be worn, washed, or damaged

Return Process:

• To start a return, please contact us within the 14 day period at shopthe620@gmail.com
• Please provide the reason for the return & your order number. From there, we will reach out with further instructions
• Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping to send item back

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return
• Please package the items securely

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued to a gift card, sent to your email which can be used on our online store
• No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment methods
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
